Success Mantra - How to crack the Interviews Part - 2

Helping you all with few more tips

Recruitment, Opportunity, Employment, Career, People

Just keeping few things in mind may help you :-

Fear of Interview may turn out your best day into worst, just calm yourself down and think about the job portfolio and work you have done ,how well does both goes ,focus on pointers you can keep to make you different from others and it should be related to your profile not future promises. You need to convince yourself first that you are the one what these people are hunting for do not underestimate yourself.

·        You need to understand the fact and logic before getting nervous or interview fear is that the person sitting in-front of also gives interview to others for his job requirement. He is also a Human Being who is taking your interview do not panic or fear of him. It is fine if you are not fluent with the language English. Try your best this is how you will learn and if your profile doesn’t need one the Interviewer can judge you on your hard work, dedication, smartness, stability, skills, experience & honesty. Greeting Interviewer, Positive answering in the interview with a smile on your face can help you a lot to hide your nervousness and puts an good impact.

Hr, Recruitment, Job, Selection Process, Interview

·       Try To Elaborate your Profile and Skills when being interviewed, As this will help the Interviewer to know more about you a lot without been asking. Sometimes the Interviewer ask the questions and you end up answering with one word or one liner answer and at the end he stops asking also asks you to leave because he feels you have nothing much to show or talk about your profile and yes this attitude does bothers to the interviewer. So calmly Answer and elaborate a bit as if you are trying to engage him and pull his attention towards you, make a conversation and make him listen to you (Yes irrelevant talks should not be done & no casual attitude). Always Start with your Name, Your Education Qualification, Your Job Profile, Your Skills, Your Achievements, Your Family Background and how come you end up coming for this interview and how relevant your profile is for this job.

Searching, Woman, Hr, Find, Job, Organization

·         Things to keep in mind as it is interviewers Job is to grill you on your profile, confuse you, make you sound irrelevant sometimes. It is your call how you tackle this.
·         Firstly do not back bitch about your previous organisation always end up saying good things. Good words for staff, management, your profile, work environment, organisation. How fruitful it was for you to work for them , if you put negative remarks like bad environment, salary issues, travelling concern, timings issues, Office politics , clashes with boss, the interviewer will end up thinking you are too fussy or money minded, couldn't make it anywhere and may be he is not that great at work so giving excuses or blaming the organisation. He will do the same here in future.  Finally he will keep cross questioning you on some points, and end up with negative feedback.

Manager, Person, People, Group, Conference

·         The most asked question in the interview… why you leaving or left this job?
Just give a positive reply as you can say it was great working with the previous organisation but company got shifted to other city unfortunately you cannot move there, or you can say for more better opportunities in market, better growth, career prospect. He might ask you tricky questions to confuse you and check your stability also like how about giving you other position or you can apply somewhere else as you can get a good pay over there. So in this case you just need to be focused and reply very smartly. Like being  positive for this opportunity only as I want to earn and learn both at the same time and wanted to work for a reputed company, wherein I can really expertise and enhance my skill set  and can be fruitful. Creating a win win situation.

·         Never say no always be confident to experiment and keep a positive attitude, that you can achieve anything with your willingness to learn and work hard to achieve. Remember you are not in a situation to be a chooser. When you say something with utter confidence your mistakes may get ignored and you can grab all the attention of the other person, which is mostly required to crack an interview. So let your confidence  prevail.

·         Always End up your Interview by Greeting the Interview Panel and thanking them for taking your Interview and giving you this opportunity to present yourself in front of them and leaving with a warm smile on your face with a positive look.
This will leave a deep impact on panel and make them think about your confidence, politeness, presentable, smartness and even after you leaving the cabin. Well that's awesome.

Hidden Gem: Guptar Ghat

Hidden Gem: Guptar Ghat   Recently we had planned to visit at my mom’s place in Uttar Pradesh which is near Ayodhaya yes Awadhpuri   Ram Nagari Ayodhaya . It had almost been a week and we were locked up in our home as we had to attend some family affairs, so we finally decided to break the shackles and escape.   We wished to explore some unseen places this time as suggested by my sister-in-law; sounds like a plan treat for a person like me who loves to travel around. Straightaway we planned for Faizabad which comes under  Ayodhaya district now; previously Ayodhaya town used to come in  Faizabad district but now it’s exactly the opposite. Such a beautiful city with so many things to offer, a blend of growing boomtown and spiritual committed place.   The beautiful  rustic charm of   Chowks and Makbara built in the pre-partition era remains an eye candy for visitors.   A place that is built by sensitivity and natural environme...

I'll try to cover every aspect – logbook, accommodation, pad, driving – of planning a memorable Ladakh road trip.   Part 2 & 3 COMING SOON! Ladakh is a land with rich culture and deep Buddhist history. Monks and hermitages form a large part of its identity and are a great influence on the community. As we make our way to Leh Ladakh, serried meadows, apple manors, and bounties of nature give way to beautiful terrains cheer up by the shining sun. The endless barren trails of mountains dot the terrain and that’s when you know you’ve arrived in one of the most spectacular places on the Earth!! A road trip to Ladakh isn't a child's play-it's feat stuff of dreams. The harsh climate scrapes, the off-roading, landslides, zero network connectivity, and mountain sickness on this no man’s land with limited food to survive are some of the challenges one has to be ...

Motherhood Journey: My Next Big Obsession

Motherhood Journey: My Next Big Obsession MrsSparklingEyes:Instagram My journey to motherhood has been filled with a range of emotions. From the moment I found out I was pregnant to the moment I saw my newborn baby.  #Motherhood There’s ain't no hood like motherhood. MrsSparklingEyes:Instagram My life was forever changed on August 19, 2022 . I recently became a mother after giving birth to a baby boy. His first cry, his first sight, and the hug we shared later were all rewarding. There are no words strong enough to describe the emotion I felt the day after holding my baby in my arms for the first time. I was aware that I was holding a star; it was love at first sight. In fact, I was intently watching him from a distance while they were cleaning him, and there was immense joy and relief in bringing him safely into this world. That feeling will stay with me for the rest of my life. I fell completely in love with my baby immediately after birth. I was in the happiest ...
