How to Make a Perfect Resume
A Resume is a record of work experience,
professional achievements, education, skills, certifications, & other
details which makes the case for the Job. A typical Resume contains
a "summary" of relevant job experience and education.

making a Perfect Resume
Start with heading statement Resume Summary & Date.

Details,
Name, DOB, Address,
Contact Details, Professional - Email – ID, Photo, (PAN Number/Passport – Optional)

Qualification,
Stream,Year of passing, Percentage, from which
School/College/university you have appeared.
Don’t forget to mention any PG Or Professional certifications
- if any.

Relevant Work
Experience,
Organisation Name, Tenure, Designation, Key Responsibilities,
Your Job Profile - make sure you do elaborate about your Job profile
as it helps the interviewer to know more about your work profile and skills sets,
do not keep it one or two liner. This is a great way to make sure that your
resume feels personalized, rather than just sent to every company out there.

Tailoring your Resume,
So tailoring
your resume is Must specially in Experience section where you all do the most,
Do not mention less than 6 months tenure experience in your resume to avoid
negative impact on your profile. Mention only experience which is documented. Do
not mention any terminated or Abscond cases. Fill the Gaps with a genuine
reasons if have any.
Reason for
leaving organisation - genuine reasons only (Optional).
Do not mention
any personal problems or Family Business to hide the gaps. Most Important never
ever mention any false information regarding your skills, certifications, job

thing you need to mention on your resume, as the Interviewer will get to know
which tools and software’s you have worked on and what is your
core competencies, from Basics to Expertise.

Notice Period, Current CTC , Salary Expectation, Hobbies & Interest.
References,
End, with some
good references on your resume, who can give a positive feedback for you from
your current or previous organisation, as it gives a good impact on your
profile.

Cover Letter,
Compliment
your Resume with the Cover Letter.
Mention the
Job or about the Job you have applied for, Show that your Skills &
Experience match the requirement. This makes your resume more attractive and
makes the reader to show interest in your profile and read further.

Note:- Make it in a
PDF & Word both format and make it legible, so that one can read and
understand your profile completely. Can use some best layouts to give a professional
look and not generic or sloppy. Should be easy to scan by the interviewer.
