After completing your bachelor’s you can start your career with some Recruitment Agencies or consultants, It will be very helpful for you. Get trained, understand the Market, Hiring’s, Pro’s & Con’s, work on your communication skills, Interaction with clients and candidates, market strategies, head hunting, talent research, negotiations. You will get trained and learn the basics of recruitment, which will be beneficial for you.

Can work almost for a year or so, meanwhile you can also apply for some professional certified courses to get the better understanding and add an value to your profile. This will land you to a good job in a reputed organisation with the good pay aswell.
